A Basel Family Feature
Well, I had almost forgotten how much I love a lazy Saturday morning in Basel! It had been a while since I last made an effort to get up early to enjoy our city! And I am especially thankful I got to do so last weekend with this family!
I have been so lucky this year with the absolute gem’s of families that I have had the pleasure to have in front of my camera. I know I’ve said it before, but I really do get the best families in Basel. Really, truly!
When I started my business and began to imagine who my dream clients were, they are remarkably like this family. You see, everything I do here on my website, is to cater directly to the women I want to work with and her family. (I say woman because y’all know she’s the boss of getting these family photos organised!) My imagined lady is a vital part of everything I build. She helps me to create a product she will love and demands a service my clients deserve. One I am proud to put my name to! When Kara and I meet for coffee to discuss her family’s shoot, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing! It was as though the lady in my imagination was now standing in front of me. My dream client check list?? Check, check, check!
And what a fun morning we had. With two of the most smily, delightful kids, we set out to enjoy the early morning hum of our well loved city. Chasing the kids through courtyard’s and back ally’s, we created a beautiful gallery of images that will be a lasting reminder of their fabulous first year in Basel.
